What is Deportation Immigration Law?

Deportation immigration law includes the laws regarding permanent exile from the United States. An individual that is residing here illegally, or without a valid visa or green card, is subject to deportation. If you have been deported, the deportation immigration law states that it is impossible to gain re-entry into the United States for at least five years. If you do re-enter prior to the end of your five years, it is considered a felony. If you are caught committing fraud or willfully misrepresenting material facts in an effort to obtain your visa, you will be deported. In most instances illegal aliens are deported for criminal activity. Even if an individual has a close family relative that is a U.S. citizen, it won’t necessarily keep that person from being deported.
