An Immigration Law Attorney Must be Familiar with New Immigration Laws

An Immigration Law attorney is an attorney who works with clients who face immigration and deportation issues. They work with clients from a variety of nationalities, and are able to speak a variety of languages to serve these clients. Lawyers who handle immigration and deportation issues are very familiar with the way government agencies oversee immigration laws. These attorneys work with immigration, emigration, green cards, political asylum and much more. In today's world, a United States Immigration Law attorney must be up to date on the current immigration laws. The Department of Homeland Security places an important role in the area of immigration and deportation. Duties that were formerly handled by the Immigration and Naturalization Service or the INS have been taken over by Homeland Security. This greatly impacts the roll of an attorney who works with these issues. We are living in world where immigration and deportation are important factors in this society.
