Prior to joining the Manchanda Law Offices PLLC, Senior Managing Attorney Justin D. Parsons was an Associate Attorney for two Manhattan New York law firms where he practiced in Immigration Law, Deportation, Removal, and Federal Criminal Defense Law. He previously worked for the New York Legal Assistance Group and the Legal Aid Society, where he honed his skills pertaining to employment discrimination, felony and misdemeanor cases, arraignments, and trials.

Attorney Parsons has extensive experience in Immigration Court, Federal Immigration Court, and Federal Criminal Court Litigation proceedings including countless court appearances for Master, Individual, and Final Hearings, Naturalization Interviews, Marriage Cases, Stokes Hearings, Political Asylum, Hardship, Removal of Condition Hearings, and Adjustment of Status Interviews. He is currently an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association ("AILA").

In addition to Mr. Parson's extensive Litigation experience in Immigration Law, Deportation Defense, Removal Proceedings, and Criminal Defense, he has prepared and filed countless Non-Immigrant and Immigrant Visa Petitions including, but not limited to, H-1B1, B, C, D, E, L, O, P, H-3, J, K, M, R, S, T, and U Visas, as well as I-130 and I-140 Immigrant Petitions with accompanying Adjustment of Status (I-485), Extraordinary Ability Petitions, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5, Investment Based Visas, PERM, RIR, and Regular Labor Certification Applications with the Department of Labor, Political Asylum, Marriage Cases, Stokes Interviews, Naturalization/Citizenship, Agricultural, 245(I), CSS/Lulac/Zambrano, LIFE Act, Removal of Conditions, Criminal and Overstay Waivers, Aggravated Felony and CIMT Defense. Attorney Parsons has enjoyed success in Deportation and Removal Proceedings, Asylum, Employment Based Visa Petitions including PERM/Labor Certification, Business Immigration Visas, Family Based Immigration Petitions, Petitions for Review in the U.S. Courts of Appeals, and Habeas Corpus Proceedings.

Mr. Parsons also has extensive experience in Criminal and Family Court Litigation including myriad Court appearances in Supreme Court, Criminal Court, and Family Court throughout all of the five boroughs of New York City and Long Island for Criminal Defense Matters, Divorce Proceedings, Child Support, Child Custody, Visitation Rights, and Orders of Protection.  He has appeared in State and Federal Criminal Court throughout the five boroughs and Long Island for many different types of Criminal Defense Matters.

Justin D. Parsons was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2004. He received his Bachelors of Arts ("B.A.") from Sarah Lawrence College in Brooklyn New York in 2001, and his Juris Doctor ("J.D.") from Brooklyn Law School in 2004, where he distinguished himself by being on the Moot Court Honor Society, achieving the Richardson Academic Merit Scholarship, CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Writing, writing the Best Legal Brief of 2002, and leading the Trial Advocacy Team for the American Trial Lawyers Association ("ATLA").  

In his spare time, Mr. Parsons enjoys boxing.
