Prior to joining Manchanda Law Offices PLLC, Attorney Rachel Einbund was an Associate for a New York law firm where she practiced Immigration Law, Criminal Law, Family Law and Civil Litigation.

Ms. Einbund has extensive experience in Political Asylum, Withholding of Removal, Convention Against Torture, Naturalization, Petitions for Review, Petitions for Habeas Corpus, 440 Motions, Lozada Motions, VAWA Petitions, S and U Visas, K-1 Visas, Marriage Cases, HIV and J-1 Waivers, TPS Status, PERM, Cancellation of Removal, and Immigration consequences of criminal convictions.

She is currently an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Rachel Einbund was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 2007. She received her Bachelor of Arts from New York University and her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School.

At NYLS, Mr. Einbund was an Executive Board Member of the Moot Court Association and was awarded the National Champion and Best Respondent Brief at the Chicago Bar Association Young Lawyers Moot Court Competition. Ms. Einbund is currently an Alumni Advisor to the NYLS Moot Court Association.

While in law school, Ms. Einbund also interned for Justice Carolyn Demarest of the Commercial Division of the Kings County Supreme Court.

Ms. Einbund is fluent in English and Spanish. She has traveled to numerous countries, including India, Indonesia, Singapore, China, Russia, Kazakhstan, South Africa, and Brazil.

In her spare time, Ms. Einbund enjoys music and yoga.
