Are You Interested in a USA Visa K3 Part 2?

A spouse who is applying for a USA visa K3 must have an immigrant petition as provided by an American spouse. He or she must also have supporting documentation including a birth certificate, marriage certificate, police certificate, death certificate for past marriages, proof of financial support and passport information. Additionally, a medical examination, interview and fingerprint record is usually required for the application process.

It is very important to speak to a qualified law firm when you are handling a USA visa K3 situation. The law can be very complex especially when it comes to immigration law.
