Help With a Visa K3 Part 2

However, a different application process involving the visa K3 must be followed. Bear in mind that partners who cohabitate do not necessarily qualify, though there could be exceptions made in the case of common-law spouses. This is not a federal arrangement, but is open to the interpretive law of each state.

What kind of documentation will be necessary for a visa K3 application? An immigrant petition to start with, as well as proof of a medical examination, and interview and fingerprinting session will be necessary. Also, an applicant and spouse should put together a package that includes a birth certificate, marriage certificate, police certificate (verifying past residences), proof of financial support and passport info.
