Help With a Visa K3

You may know the obvious—that you need a visa to be able to travel to America. However, you may wonder if the process is slightly different for non-immigrant family members, like spouses and children. This process is different and requires the use of the visa K3, and possibly the K4. The visa K3 involves non-immigrant citizens, spouses of American citizens that have some legal ties to the country.

A spouse who qualifies for a visa K3 is a man or woman who has been legally wedded to a legal American, and is allowed further rights.
